Field research in loud engine rooms, for software that had to work in them

IndustrialTablet app concept~8 min read

Field service engineers were manually writing measurements on paper forms with greasy hands in loud engine rooms.

Rinoj

Interviewed 7 engineers, understood their workflow, and conceptualized a tablet tool built around how they actually work. The steering committee aligned around a tablet-first direction, a real shift from the laptop-first plan already in motion.

Helping field service coordinators catch problems before they escalate

IndustrialOperations Cockpit Concept~8 min read

Field service coordinators were juggling 10–25 jobs at once, piecing together information scattered across different systems and manually consolidating it in spreadsheets and folders.

Rinoj

Ran 17 interviews, 7 observations, and a joint workshop to understand how coordinators kept their jobs moving, then designed and redesigned the concept twice before landing on a cockpit concept that turned scattered information into something coordinators could act on before problems escalated.

Helping 870 participants see what their AI bots were actually playing

GamingDashboard~5 min read

Participants in a card game bot competition needed a way to see how their bots were actually playing.

Rinoj

Designed the dashboard that showed 870 participants across 725 teams how their bots were performing, so they could find problems and improve. It became a core part of the competition and was reused the following year.

Making a company's website feel like a person works there

GamingWebsite~2 min read

Bhoos Games with a genuine culture had a website that didn't show it. The brief: attract top talent without sounding like every other employer.

Rinoj

Designed micro-interactions and contributed to the content strategy that showed what the team was actually like. The website became the foundation for Bhoos' visual language across future marketing and internal communication.
